By viewing this website, participating in the exchange process, buying or selling any products, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. Please print for your records.

Buyers
No guarantees are made or implied about the quality, fit, or safety of any second hand product made available through this site. You are responsible for your purchasing decisions and no refunds or returns will be offered.

You will not hold the owner of this site, Kalley Weight, responsible for any bodily or property damage resulting from the use of any items obtained or purchased through DiaperExchange.com.

You are responsible for providing an accurate postal address for order delivery. You are responsible for purchasing delivery confirmation and insurance. DiaperExchange.com is not responsible for lost or misdirected mailings.

DiaperExchange.com will not sell nor distribute personal information including name, address, email, or phone number revealed during the ordering process.

DiaperExchange.com does not accept International orders. All stated prices and transactions will be made with United States currency.

Sellers
You are bound by the agreements made via electronic or postal mail between you and the owner of this site, Kalley Weight. If you decline cash consignment in favor of store credit, you may not request cash consignment at a later date.

Store credit will be issued and in effect within 2 business days of shipment arrival to Kalley Weight. Shipments that are grossly misrepresented may be returned to sender at the shipping expense of DiaperExchange.com and store credit terminated. In the event of gross misrepresentation or any attempt to defraud DiaperExchange.com, all further payments and credit will be forfeited by seller.

You may not at any time request a higher cash or store credit payment than is initially agreed upon. Agreement is inferred when you accept via electronic or postal mail, any type of payment (cash or store credit) from the owner of this website.

If DiaperExchange.com is discontinued, and after agreed notice is given, unused store credit will be entirely forfeited. Agreed notice is defined as notification in writing (either electronic or postal mail) to participants carrying a store credit balance greater than $2.00 USD at least 30 days in advance of DiaperExchange.com closing. In the event of the two (2) following conditions : (1) Insufficient stock is available for store credit purchases (2) within 30 days of store closing, store credit will be paid out via PayPal at cash rate of 25% of the U.S. dollar value. For example, a user carrying a store credit of $10.00 would be paid $2.50 in the event that $10.00 worth of product was not available within 30 days of store closing. If a user carrying store credit does not reply to written or electronic attempts to contact him/her within 60 days of store closing, he/she forfeits all credit and may no longer claim cash payment. It is the user's responsibility to update DiaperExchange.com with new or changed electronic or mailing address information.

Cash payments made to sellers will be in United States currency and distributed through PayPal or by check. Seller assumes all responsibilities for and risks or fees incurred by using PayPal service. DiaperExchange.com will not reimburse seller for transaction fees or expenses imposed by PayPal. DiaperExchange.com is not responsible for any website malfunction of PayPal.com.

DiaperExchange.com will maintain accurate records of store credit available to sellers. Sellers may request a written copy (to be distributed within 30 days via electronic or postal mail) of their credit balance at any time. In the event of a dispute over a store credit sum, DiaperExchange.com will have final authority and will provide dated receipts of transactions involving store credit.

Store credit balances cannot exceed $75.00 USD (seventy five dollars and zero cents). In the event that a seller reaches a credit level of $75.00, he or she must utilize the credit for purchases with DiaperExchange.com before more credit will be issued.

DiaperExchange.com will not buy nor list for sale any licensed patterns or prints.
