COMMISSION:
Set at 30% of sales price. Your account will be
paid by PayPal when your sales reach a minimum
of $10.00 or check by mail when your account
reaches $25.00. No claims for payments on
consigned items may be made after 12 months from
date of consignment. You are responsible for
providing valid and current PayPal or check by
mail addresses.

WHAT
WE ACCEPT:
We accept cloth diapering products in new or
excellent gently used condition. A little
pilling, some color fade, subtle signs of wear
are fine. However, nobody wants smelly, stained,
old and ugly stuff. If you wouldn't put it on
your baby and show it off to your friends, then
we probably can't resell it. Unfortunately, due
to sensitivities to cigarette smoke in many
families, we cannot take products from smoking
households.
We
do not accept items that will sell or be listed
at less than $3.00 each. This includes prefolds,
wipes, doublers, fleece liners etc. This also
includes diaper covers that are mass produced
and readily available at discount stores (i.e.
Dappi, Diaperaps, Babies R' Us brand, Gerber
etc.).
We
do not accept holiday (Christmas, Halloween,
Valentines, etc.) themed diapers. However
seasonal (for example "winter" or
"spring") type themes are acceptable.
We
do not accept disposable items of any kind (i.e.
disposable diapers, diaper liners, etc.). We do
not accept adult cloth items (mamma pads, breast
pads) at this time.
All
items must be recently laundered and any
"sets" (Matching diapers and covers,
or all-in-ones with inserts) should be attached
together, either by snap, safety pin, straight
pin, ribbon, etc.
To
achieve the highest possible sales, you should
include information about each diaper - size,
brand, type (fitted, aio, etc.) and special
construcion (i.e. specially made for heavy
wetter or constructed of organic cotton) if
applicable.

TERMS
OF CONSIGNMENT:
DiaperExchange.com retains the right to
determine those items that are saleable and the
sale price of each item, however you are
encouraged to include a pricing sheet.
If you prefer, you may request that
DiaperExchange.com set the prices for your
items. We keep abreast of average resale prices
for many brands of diapers and will set prices
accordingly. A receipt listing the saleable
items and their respective prices will be
available to you upon request.

Our
standard consignment contract is 180 days. If
you choose to end your consignment early and
wish to have your items returned, you must
prepay return shipping costs and will be
required to pay 15% of the current listed retail
prices for each item returned. This fee
covers our time spent photographing and listing
your items.
Special
Terms for Items MAILED IN: You will be notified
of rejected items within 7 days of receipt.
These items must be collected no later than 7
days from the date of notification. We are happy
to mail un-consignable items back to you if you
would like. In order to do so, you must paypal
the shipping charge (which you will be notified
of) to us at info @ clothdiaperexchange.com . We
will then package your items and mail them.
Consignments
are for 180 days. At the 120 day mark, any
unsold items will be discounted. You will be
notified prior to the discount and given the
choice to end your consignment (items shipped
back to your at your prepaid expense) or proceed
with the discount. At 180 days the consignment
contract expires, and the consignor has 3
options for their items.
AT
CONSIGNMENT END:
1. You may request that your items be mailed
back to you within 15 days of receiving contract
expiration notice. You MUST prepay for the
shipping charges to return your items to you.
You may request an amount and prepay via Paypal.
2. You may request that we eBay your remaining
items in a lot. We will set up a 7 day auction
that includes all of your remaining items.
Commission will be the standard 30%. In
addition, you will also incur the fees
associated with the auction (i.e. listing fee
and final value fee).
3. You may leave them with us and they will be
added to our "freebies" page.
If
you do not respond to our email inquiries at the
end consignment, we will attempt to contact you
by mail. If you do not respond to our inquiries
within 60 days of notification, all remaining
payments and/or remaining consignment items
become property of DiaperExchange.com. You
are responsible for updating your contact
information!
